Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC)*

Villa Saint Martha provides a full continuum of care and is pleased to offer prospective Independent Living residents the option to choose from two different plans:

• Monthly Rental Plan
• CCRC Plan

Monthly Rental Plan

The traditional Monthly Rental Plan requires no upfront payment; standard monthly fees apply.

CCRC Plan

The CCRC Plan, a new option available as of April 2009, requires payment of a modest, one-time entrance fee, but offers residents the benefit of a lower monthly service fee during their stay in Independent Living. Besides priority access to Personal Care, Skilled Nursing Care and Rehabilitation, should one require these services, CCRC residents will realize a significant savings after several years.
